I'm a Strategy Director with deep specialism in Customer Experience strategy and design. I come armed with a broad range of skills, a can-do attitude and a maker mindset.

I can help make your brand sticky and stand out, tapping into my 15 years of experience working for some of the largest brands in the world with some of the best creative agencies in London.
